I. Personal Data
Pursuant to Article 13 of GDPR, we provide below information related to the processing by SCHILSNER
Industry Group Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław of personal data provided by you via our
website www.schilsner.com, including in connection with the use of cookies, filling in the contact form,
ordering the newsletter or otherwise providing your contact details to our representatives:
1. The administrator of your personal data is SCHILSNER Industry Group Sp. z o.o. with its
registered office in Wrocław (51-317), ul. Bierutowska 77, entered into the Register of
Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Wrocław – Fabryczna, VI Commercial Division
of the National Court Register under KRS no: 0000245108, REGON: 020171714, NIP:
8951844799, share capital PLN 850,000.00 fully paid up, phone: +48 71 35 00 601, e-mail:

2. The personal data provided will be processed in order to:
a. within the scope of the cookie files – adapting the content of the websites to the user’s
preferences and optimising the use of the websites; creating statistics which help to
understand how the user uses the websites; maintaining the user’s session after
logging in;
b. on the basis of your consent (if given) – maintaining business contacts, presenting offers,
sending marketing content (direct marketing);
c. customer and business partner data – to maintain regular economic relations, to present
offers, to send marketing content (direct marketing) and to undertake activities
aimed at concluding an agreement (on the basis of Article 6 sec. 1 (b) and (f) of the
GDPR), to perform concluded agreements (on the basis of Article 6 sec. 1(b) of the
GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations of the administrator, including in particular tax
obligations (on the basis of Article 6 sec. 1 (c) of the GDPR)
d. in each case – to pursue the legitimate interests of the data administrator, only if it
proves necessary to protect rights or assert claims (on the basis of Article 6 sec. 1 (f)
of the GDPR);
3. Personal data will be transferred, to the extent necessary to carry out the purpose of
processing indicated above, to employees and associates of the Administrator, as well
as to entities providing IT, consulting and legal services to the Administrator. We may
disclose personal data to any members of our group of companies (i.e., subsidiaries, the
main holding company and its subsidiaries) insofar as this is necessary for the purposes
set out in this privacy policy. The transfer of data will take place on the basis of a
confidentiality agreement and/or a personal data processing entrustment agreement
committing to process the data in compliance with the requirements of the GDPR and
the Administrator.
4. Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including in
particular Sri Lanka, the United States of America, Russia, Japan, China and India to the
extent necessary for the provision of IT services to the Administrator by an external entity,
related to the operation and maintenance of the systems used by the Administrator to
conduct his/her business activity. The transfer of data will take place on the basis of an
agreement obliging to maintain secrecy and an agreement on entrusting the processing
of personal data, in compliance with the requirements of GDPR.
5. Personal data will be stored for a period of:
a. cookie files – up to 3 years from their acquisition;
b. data obtained on the basis of consent – until its revocation;
c. data of clients and contractors – for the period necessary for the proper performance of
the contract, and the prescription of claims arising from the contract, but not less
than the period required by law, including in particular the provisions of tax law.
6. At any time, you have the following rights:
a. right of access
In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, you are entitled to obtain confirmation as to
whether or not the Administrator is processing your personal data and, if this is the
case, you are entitled to obtain access and explanations on matters relating to the
processing of your personal data, including, in particular, all matters set out in this
Privacy Policy.
b. right to withdraw consent
At any time, you are entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of your
personal data where it forms the basis for such processing. If you withdraw your
consent to the processing of your personal data, we will stop processing your personal
data as soon as possible. However, your personal data will be able to be stored for up
to 30 days from the date of your request, for technical and organisational reasons, to
the extent necessary for deletion or anonymisation by the Administrator.
c. right to rectification of data
Pursuant to Article 16 of the GDPR, you are entitled to request the Controller to rectify
your personal data if it is incorrect.
d. right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
Pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, you are entitled to request the Controller to delete
your personal data immediately. Your personal data will be erased immediately if
there is no other legal basis for processing.
e. right to restrict processing
Pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR, you are entitled to request the Controller to restrict
the processing of your personal data in the following cases:
– challenge the accuracy of your personal data;
– processing your personal data in an unlawful manner while requesting that the
processing of your personal data be restricted without erasure,
– the Administrator no longer needs your personal data for the purposes of
processing, but you need it to establish, assert or defend your claims,
– your objection to the processing of your personal data – until such time as it is
ascertained whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the Administrator override
the grounds for your objection.
f. right to object
Pursuant to Article 21 sec. 1 of the GDPR, you are entitled to object – on grounds relating
to your particular situation – to the processing of your personal data that the
Administrator is processing due to its legitimate interests (in accordance with the
provision, Article 6 sec. 1 (f) of the GDPR). The Administrator will immediately cease
processing your personal data unless there is a valid, legitimate basis for the
processing which overrides your interests, rights and freedoms or it is necessary for
the establishment, investigation or defence of claims. Pursuant to Article 21 sec. 2 of
the GDPR, you are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data for direct
marketing purposes.
g. right to data portability
Pursuant to Article 20 of the GDPR, within the limits so defined, you are entitled to
receive your personal data provided to the Administrator.
h. Right to lodge a complaint
Pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with a
supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in
breach of the provisions of the GDPR. The supervisory authority in Poland is the
President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
1. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data, lodging an
objection or requesting deletion of data will make it difficult or impossible to fulfil the
purpose of processing indicated above.
2. The Administrator does not profile personal data and does not make decisions in an
automated manner.

II. Consent to the communication of commercial information
If you have consented to the transmission of commercial information, the statement includes consent
to the transmission of commercial information by means of electronic communication, in particular
by e-mail, in accordance with Article 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services
(i.e. of 9 June 2017, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended) and Article 172 of the
Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004 (i.e. of 15 September 2017, Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1907,
as amended).
III. Cookie files
1. The website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by
the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the website, the
website recognises the type of device from which the user connects. The parameters
allow the information contained in them to be read only by the server which created
them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited sites.
2. The Administrator uses cookies for the following purposes:
a. ensuring proper functioning of the website;
b. adjusting the content of the website to the User’s preferences
c. statistical purposes;
d. marketing purposes.
3. The collected information concerns the IP address, the type of browser used, the
language, the type of operating system, the Internet service provider, information about

order to improve how the site works by providing a more efficient and trouble-free

Adwords, which records user behaviour on the site.

IV. Amendment of the Privacy Policy
1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
2. The new version of the Privacy Policy shall be effective from the moment it is made
